Edit Scheduled Rule

Use Tour Relative for reminders based on tour time (example: 2 days before, 3 hours before).
Use Stage Inactivity for reminders based on no response / no activity while a lead is in a stage.
Tour Relative Settings
Use negative for before event. Example: -180 = 3 hours before. -2880 = 2 days before.
Used only when Timing Mode = Fixed Time On Offset Day.
Stage Inactivity Settings
Example: 4320 = 3 days.
Inactive rules may be deleted.
